Well I started this a few weeks ago and decided I wanted to add white strips in between each block so I had to wait for the fabric to arrive.
Heres what it looks like so far.
Now I am wondering if I should add some plain white borders all around it before I add anything else.

Just a quick post to show you the finished quilt I started a couple of weeks ago, Ive been busy so I only managed to finish it today.
I have freehand quilted all the white sections and used a wavy stitch on my machine to add lines in the body of the quilt.
I love the fresh colours of this one, it is approximately 31inch x 39 inch.
Well not actually doll, its a small soft rabbit called Dylan. It belongs to my little girl and she has had him since she was born he has always been called Dylan but for some reason she changes his name to Lilly I think to make me laugh.
So on saturday after I had finished sewing the pinwheel squares i asked her if she would like to choose a bit of fabric and I would make Dylan/Lilly a quilt for his/her carry seat. Apparently he/she likes pink!
Ive quilted it too.
Now with Dylan, you can see she’s put a bow on his ear and he even has dolls clothes on!
