As I said in my video This type of shaped card popped up in a “recommended” video for me on Youtube. I cannot find it now but I think it was done for Splitcoast stampers and was made using a metal die.
I knew that we could recreate the shape easily using ScanNCut Canvas, so I thought I would show you how.
You can make it any size you choose and use any shape it doesn’t have to be a square/diamond.
Hope you like it.
This was the card I cut from the video but I didn’t cut the mating layers.

Something a little different from me for this weeks video. Earlier this week I decided to buy a soup maker, I have researched and narrowed my choice down to 2 models, the Morphy Richards and the Tefal (both should be easy to find with a google search)
They are similar in price and features just different in colour. When I went to buy mine the Tefal was out of stock so I bought the Morphy Richards.
I made some Carrot and Coriander soup all from fresh ingredients, but i somehow managed to mess up the filming part, so heres a picture of the finished soup.

I like my soup smooth and the beauty of using a soup maker like this is that not only does it cook but it blends all at the same time. I usually have to make my soup in a pan and then decant it into my Ninja blender to make it smooth, which at times can get quite messy.
So in todays video I thought I would show you in more detail the soup maker and show you how I made a roasted butternut squash soup this time.
I hope you like it and find it helpful if you are thinking of buying one of these types of machine.
The Ingredients used were:-
1 500g bag frozen butternut squash
2 medium sized carrots
1 onion
1 red pepper deseeded
1 tsp powdered ginger
1 vegetable stock cube
salt and pepper

If you would like to see me make the carrot and coriander soup leave me a message here on the blog post or on the video on my Youtube channel and I will make one.

In this video I show you how to use one of the SNC Canvas projects to make a Halloween gift/treat bag. I also use the Halloween border design and the Subtract function to create the project.
This is what I made
