FCM cutting file to be used only with a scanncut machine, any model
Cut the outline shape shown here in white in HTV vinyl of your choice

Cut the rhinestone shape shown here in pink in SS10 hotfix rhinestones

Apply the HTV vinyl to your item first as per your product instructions

Inlay with the rhinestone design

Cover all the design with parchment/baking paper or a cloth and apply heat to set the rhinestones, again follow instructions for your rhinestone product.
