Sparkle Like You Mean It! (Outline) - Rhinestone & HTV Cutting File SS10

The design is app 8.25 x 4.5" it cannot be resized.
Use 288 SS10 Hot Fix Rhinestones for "sparkle" 
Use HTV for the "like you meant it!" - the words have been mirrored already for you.
This design is also available with the word  "Sparkle" (as a Fill sold seperate

Apply the HTV to fabric first because of the rhinestone height difference.
